London and Calcutta loaded with five cartridges of which one was live two misfired and two fired together with .450 live cartridges were seized from Shanti Ghosh. |

| The girls were apprehended and taken to Police Station Sadar Comilla, a FIR No. 353 of 1931 registered u/s 302,324,307/109 I.P.C. and u/s 19(f) of Indian Arms Act (XI of 1878) on 14th December 1931 later they tried by Kolkatta High Court by Special Ttibunal which found both the girls guilty and pronounce Sentenced to Life Transportation for life on 27 January 1932 |
